Are you a 5th year student or Trainee Intern? Each year, NZMSA in association with NZMA brings you the ACE Evening and DHB Roadshow – two important events combined into one evening.

Advanced Choice of Employment (ACE)

ACE is the scheme used by DHBs in New Zealand to hire House Surgeons.

Attend to learn more about the ACE program and what you need to do to get a job when you graduate.

ACE Applications open: NOW
DHBs to advise total number of PGY1 positions by: 27 April 2012
ACE Applications close: 25 June 2012
ACE Applications sent to DHBs: 2 July 2012
DHBs rankings to ACE by: 25 July 2012
ACE Match: 31 July 2012
Offer of employment sent: 6 August 2012
Advise acceptances and declines to ACE by: 13 August 2012
