If you are first author on some original research you have done while at medical school, you could be in to win $1000 just by showing it off. If you’ve had a wild adventure in som exotic place doing something medical related, your best picture could win you a 4 week elective somewhere else awesome!

Research Competition
The NHMHRC Research Poster Competition also allows you to present your research, but without leaving the comfort of your own home.
Closing date is 15th June 2011
Photo Competition
The Work the World Photo Competition accepts any photo from your travels during your medical studies to be in to win a 4 week medical elective overseas.
Closing date is 25th June 2011
The AMSA National Convention Research and Photo Competitions are open to every medical student in Australia and New Zealand. You do NOT have to be a Convention Delegate. Over $1000 worth of prizes are available in each competition.
