NZMSA 2010 President Nominations

The New Zealand Medical Students’ Association (NZMSA) officially calls for nominations for the elected position of President 2010, as per section 8.2 of the NZMSA Constitution.

All NZMSA members that will still be so in 2010, are eligible to stand for the position that is elected by the standing executive at the Annual General Meeting August 1st, held in Christchurch.

The President holds office from January 1st  until December 31st  of the year into which they are elected.

They have ultimate responsibility for the operation and function of the organisation, which involves co-ordinating the NZMSA’ activities and representing its members effectively. He or She ensures the tasks set by and for the Executive are followed in reasonable timeframes and is expected to have a general knowledge of the overall work of the organisation.
